The Powerhouse “Hit the Deck” game is a convenient and fun way to get in a quick or long workout without having to think too much. The game includes a timer and a variety of cards detailing specific exercises to do. You play by setting the timer, drawing a card, do as many repetitions as you can do before the timer beeps and then repeat with another card. Simple, mindless and fun.

Walking lunges with hand weights,
military push ups,
tricep dips
and front and side planks!
I love to stretch using yoga poses like down dog and pigeon – they look silly but they loosen me up in a jiffy!

Hi Fitz. This is Stephanie Davis (friend of Donna and Durga). My favorite exercise is hooping with a large, weighted hoop. Some great cards would be:
1) Hip hooping
2) Shoulder hooping
3) Rump hooping
4) Leg hooping
Each card could have a different hooping exercise, maybe for different lengths of time, or numbers of revolutions, and there could be duplicate cards to address both directions (hooping in both directions is very important to balance the body!)
The website I’ve listed isn’t quite ready for prime-time, but soon I will post fun hooping info. and have hoops for sale.
