Most folks are shocked to find that they can’t do these two strength training moves. Think your hips are strong enough? Prove it by dropping down and giving these creative plank exercises a try. If you can do 10 of each move on each leg, your hips are probably in pretty good shape! If not, you should continue to work on these exercises until you can do a bunch of them with ease.
