I love chocolate just as much as the next gal, but execute restraint because, frankly … I love my skinny jeans more. This doesn’t mean I don’t do chocolate at all, it just means that I do it like a skinny err, lean girl does! I NEVER order my own dessert at a restaurant and I NEVER buy an entire candy bar or box of chocolates to enjoy all alone. However, I do make sure a little chocolate makes it’s way in to my life most days. Here’s how.

  • Sugar-free Hot Chocolate made with water will give you a warm fuzzy chocolate experience for only 40 calories. Nonfat too. Whoop whoop!
  • Luna Mini Bars offer 80 protein filled calories in yummy flavors like Caramel Nut Brownie, S’mores and Nutz Over Chocolate. Much smarter than a Snickers.
  • Chocolate Dipped Strawberries will make you feel both kinda fancy and kinda healthy. Just make sure you only have one. 20 chocolate-dipped anything is a bummer for your body.
  • Chocolate Candles are, of course, not for eating. But studies show that just smelling favorite treats can satisfy cravings.
  • Chocolate Body Scrub will also indulge your sense of smell while leaving a delicious trail. This just may encourage your special someone to BURN some calories with your amazing chocolate scented body.  😆
