Try out these three single-leg strength training and plyometric moves with  Fitz and elite track athlete John Mitchell. John uses these three exercises to make him faster, but they’re also great for regular people training for hot legs that are strong too. Training on one leg is also fabulous for balance, ankle, knee and hip stability! Begin by incorporating a small amount in to your regular workouts and add more as you go.
