If you are anything like me, you like to keep your salad pretty basic. Nothing super adventurous or fancy, just the basic veggies and lettuce. Whether it’s lunch or dinnertime or you are looking to have a smaller side salad, this super simple salad can be enjoyed by even the pickiest of eaters!

Ingredients

-5 cups Romaine lettuce

– 1 Cucumber

– ½ cup of Corn

– ½ shredded Carrots

– 4 oz Feta Cheese

– 1 cup shredded chicken

Clean and cut all of your veggies before putting them into a large bowl.

Dice the veggies into small pieces in order to get that restaurant chopped salad vibe.

Mix everything around the bowl until the colorful veggies look evenly spread throughout.

Top this salad with the dressing of your choice!
