Why do you dive? I love flipping into a pool!

How long have you been doing it? I have been diving for 17 Years.

Do you compete in diving? Retired NCAA athlete. Three Years at the University of Florida.

Have you lost any weight doing it?  I’ve gained 10 lbs of muscle!

Most challenging aspect of your activity: If you lose focus, you get hurt.

Most fun aspect of it: Pulling off a difficult dive that others can’t do.

Most rewarding aspect of diving:  After grinding through all the training and work outs, beating out the competition is the best part.

Who/what inspires you when you’re feeling weak? Staying ahead of the competition.

Advice for others who’d like to get started: Although the initial learning curve can be frustrating, if you stick with it you’ll learn to love it.

Your must-have equipment for this activity: Speedos!

Favorite training song: Joker and the Thief by Wolfmother

Favorite healthy food: Artichoke

Funniest /weirdest/most awkward experience doing your activity: Lost my suit once when I dove off the 10 meter. Had to swim around in circles looking for it butt naked! Haha.
