Whether it is a book or a device to watch videos on, keeping your mind occupied can make the experience feel less daunting. Opt for cardio machines like the treadmill or elliptical positioned near windows. This way, you can avoid making eye contact with others, which can sometimes feel uncomfortable or invasive.

Find a secluded spot away from the crowds – maybe an empty room or a quiet corner where you can stretch, practice yoga, or do bodyweight exercises.
