As you may already know, one of the most popular marathon weekends is approaching: the runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. Before you take off to enjoy this magical weekend, first make sure the running shoe fits! Discover what Disney Princess you are, grab your tiara and head off to this royal race. Just make sure you finish by midnight, or else your running partner might turn into a pumpkin!
Cinderella: If you constantly leave your running shoes behind at the gym or have the urge to clean every fitness machine before and after you use it, then the shoe fits! You must be Cinderella.
Snow White: If you are pale and easily turn red from your workouts under the sun, you must be Snow White; especially if your favorite healthy treat is an apple!
Pocahontas: If you enjoy walking barefoot, running along scenic trails and the peaceful sounds of nature, then grab your moccasins because you must be Pocahontas! Just don’t stray too far from the path to your fitness dreams.
Princess Aurora: If you’re constantly drawn to that one machine or feel like you could fall into a deep sleep after an intense workout, then grab your energy bar, Ms. Sleeping Beauty!
Mulan: If you stay true to your workout routines and are brave enough to go beyond your comfort zone as somewhat of a thrill-seeker when it comes to fitness, then you are “the flower that blooms in adversity – the most rare and beautiful of all,” Fa Mulan. Remember, you don’t need to be a man to get a good workout in.
Jasmine: If you expect a “magic carpet ride” to get you to where you need to go then it’s time for a reality check, Jasmine! Big results require hard work and there is no better way to get there than by simply challenging yourself.
Belle: If you are always looking for your next fitness article to satisfy your need to read or tend to fall for guys who are big and buff, then “be my guest” because you’re in need of a feast! Continue to see the beauty in that “beast” of a workout – you’re bound to reach your fitness goals with that spirit!
Ariel: If you enjoy swimming laps, water aerobics, surfing, jet skiing or just have a natural love for being in the water, I think you know what little red-headed mermaid you might be! I’ll give you a clue…”Under the Sea.”
Rapunzel: If your go-to hairstyle is a bun or a pony because you just have TOO MUCH, learn to let your hair down once in awhile by taking a break from your rigorous gym routine and doing something you enjoy to relax. Keep in mind, your body needs rest so you don’t burn yourself out.
Tiana: If you are Princess Tiana, you know what hard work is. You don’t need to kiss some sweaty guy at the gym to get out of paying for your membership! You can figure things out for yourself. Keep reaching for your fitness aspirations…your hard work will pay off.

Anna: If you like to talk in between your sets, think the gym is an “open door” and love to go with the flow, then your next exercise should be to build a snowman! Keep in mind that while your gym may be an open door, your fridge is not! Take it easy on those empty calories and munch on some healthier alternatives – just not the apples in Snow White’s fridge.
Elsa: If you love the chill of an early morning exercise and tend to avoid other gym goers to prevent them from your path of workout destruction, then I’m going to have to ask you to FREEZE, Ms. Snow Queen!
