Ingredients:
- Two large cans of diced or peeled tomatoes
- Spinach
- One onion
- 1/4 of different colored bell peppers
- One green onion
- Asparagus

How To:
- Open and pour the two large cans of diced or peeled tomatoes into your crock pot or slow cooker and place on low.
