“Fried” honey banana slices are brought to you by Rachel Schultz!  These treats are simple and delicious for you and the kids to make at home when you all have a sweet tooth. This recipe takes just a couple of minutes to prepare and trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tsp olive or coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Lightly drizzle oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Arrange banana slices in a pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water.
  4. Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over bananas.
  5. Allow to cool for about 3-5 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon and they are ready to eat!
