- 1 15-ounce can of garbanzo beans drained, liquid reserved
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Blend garbanzo beans, lemon juice, garlic clove, cumin, and salt in a food processor. Add reserved bean liquid into mixture and blend until your desired consistency.
