Make one of your favorite breakfast items healthy and filling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups egg white 
  • 1 loaf bread 
  • 2 packets of Stevia or sweetener of choice 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Optional Ingredients: 

  • Greek yogurt 
  • Fruits 
  • Syrup 
  • Powdered Sugar 

Instructions:

  1. Mix egg whites, sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl 
  2. Soak desired amount of bread in mixture 
  3. In a large pan, heat your stove to medium and lubricate with cooking spray or oil 
  4. Place soaked bread slices in the pan 
  5. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes 
  6. Plate and apply desired toppings and enjoy!
