Make one of your favorite breakfast items healthy and filling.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups egg white
- 1 loaf bread
- 2 packets of Stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt
- Fruits
- Syrup
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
- Mix egg whites, sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl
- Soak desired amount of bread in mixture
- In a large pan, heat your stove to medium and lubricate with cooking spray or oil
- Place soaked bread slices in the pan
- Cook each side for 2-3 minutes
- Plate and apply desired toppings and enjoy!
