Proof! Healthy Food Doesn’t Always Cost More than Junk

By September 9, 2013October 29th, 2014No Comments

It’s a common misconception that healthy food costs more than unhealthy foods. If this is the excuse holding you back from achieving your weight loss goals, watch this Fitzness Minute as Fitz disproves that silly myth. If weight loss and/or improved is a priority for you, you’ve got to stop letting silly things get in the way. You can buy five whole pounds of bananas for $3.50, while one box of Girl Scout Cookies comes in at $4.00. Make smart steps like choosing in-season produce, when its cheapest and talk to your butcher or deli manager when pursuing lean meats. The onus is on you to find a way and force healthy choices in to your lifestyle! Hopefully this video will provide both the information and inspiration you need to change your eating habits for the better.
