With the royal wedding just months away and the bride to be kicking her training into high gear, I am sure you are wondering what Prince William might be doing to get fit for his big day.  The future King of England is a veteran of the Royal Navy and an avid polo player, so he has never really had to worry about staying in shape.  Now busier than ever with royal duties and wedding planning, finding time for the gym must be a challenge.

A man living such a fast paced and on-the-go lifestyle must have a workout schedule that can keep up. This means he has to get the job done quickly wherever he may be.  The most effective and versatile way to do this would be circuit training with bodyweight exercises.  Since Prince William served in the Royal Military, he is no stranger to this style of fitness. He does have access to the family gym at the palace which was originally built for his fiance Kate Middleton, but doing high intensity exercise such as circuit training would give him the ripped up body every man wants for their honeymoon.  Here are some examples of the types of exercises he might be doing to get in honeymoon shape.

Honeymoon Exercises

  • Jump squats
  • Pushups
  • Pullups
  • Sprints
  • Lunges
  • Crunches
  • Plank
