You’d LOVE it Carla! I don’t spend a lot of time tracking my workouts any more. I just work out and work out hard, counting steps is useless to me. However, this thing is great because it forces the user to take things up a notch. I use PEAR for that. It’s great for beginners and elite fitness folks. I bet you’d be a big fan.
