2 Medium Sized Avocados (Ripe, Peeled, and Pitted)
1 Tablespoon Dijon or Stoneground Mustard
½ Teaspoon Granulated Garlic
2 Teaspoons Fresh Oregano, Minced
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Red Onion, Chopped (optional)
1 Can Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans, Drained and Rinsed
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine every ingredient except the chickpeas. Blend the ingredients with a fork, mashing up the avocado as
you go.
2. Add the chickpeas and mash them into the avocado using your fork. Leave a few whole for texture purposes.
