Ingredients:

  • One mango – peeled and cubed
  • One teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Quarter teaspoon of ginger
  • One Granny-Smith Apple, peeled and cubed
  • Half-Cup toasted Cashews
  •  One tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • One pinch of salt

In a bowl, toss together the ingredients and enjoy!
