If you’ve failed at attempts to get fit in the past it’s probably because you bit off more than you could chew or didn’t start with a plan that was smart and maintainable. With endless amounts of unqualified hacks offering guidance they should not be giving, it’s easy to run afoul. However, you’ve finally found your way to long-term solutions that cost nothing and leave little room for lame excuses.
1. Find a support group
Start with the Hotties. Visit the Hottie Body Fitzness Challenge group on Facebook and click “join”. This hyper-encouraging group is always actively looking for other people to get motivated and fit with. Lead by Fitz herself, all genders, ages, weights, and fitness levels are welcome. Membership is FREE Fitz provides daily workouts posted with links to video tutorials. The mood is light, motivating, compassionate and funny. Hotties regularly post sweaty selfies, workout details and overall progress reports. Weekly Zoom conferences take place so Hotties can discuss goals, challenges, and victories. Fitz has a zero-tolerance policy on spam, sales, negativity, and nastiness, so you’ll enjoy a purely positive experience without dealing with snake oil salesmen pushing diet pills or powders.
2. Make a goal
Write the goal down. Speak the goal into existence. Will yourself to commit and conquer! Forget what others are trying to accomplish, and make plans that make sense to you. Share that goal in the Hottie Body Fitzness Challenge group and make weekly updates. Accountability is a powerful tool!
3. Learn how to eat the right amounts of the right foods for the size you’d like to be.
Read Exact Formula for Weight Loss. The title pretty much explains itself. It’s simple, free, and effective long-term. What more do you need to know?
4. Start slowly
There’s simply no way to get fit overnight, so don’t bother trying. Start where you are and do a little bit more each day. Do this and you won’t suffer the consequences that lead you to quite the last time you tried.
5. Push the envelope.
No matter what happens, keep striving to do better and be better. Settling for less will get you nowhere fast.
