Do this for a quick and well-rounded lower body workout intense with cardio training as well. For a video demonstration on how to do most of the exercises listed below view the quick video at the end of this feature.

  • Run 1 mile
  • 25 squat jumps
  • 30 lunges
  • 20 squat jumps
  • 30 lunges
  • 10 single leg dead-lifts on each leg
  • Run 1 mile
  • 25 squat jumps
  • 50 lunges
  • 10 single leg dead-lifts on each leg
  • 50 calf raises
  • 100 steps walking on your heels
