Since beginning gymnastics at the age of eight, Kerri Strug was a success story and remains one of the most decorated American gymnasts.  She was a member of the Magnificent Seven, the victorious all-around gymnastics team that represented the United States in the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996.  She is best remembered for her performance on the vault despite having seriously injured her ankle – clinching the team gold for the USA.  She currently lives in D.C. and works for the U.S. Justice Department.  She took time to chat with Fitzness.com about Team USA Gymnastics from the London 2012 Olympic Games and how she’s got back in to shape just four months after having her first baby.
