This regime focuses on maintaining her metabolism at a steady rate, assisting with weight loss and increasing her energy levels. She told People Magazine that now she’s all about light, brothy soups, grilled chicken, whole grains like quinoa, and grilled asparagus. Her favorite snack foods are veggies and hummus and tangerines. She loves to drink coconut water, gets a good majority of her vitamins and minerals from natural juices, and refuses to eat any foods that contain MSG.
