Canadian film and TV actress Jessica Paré, from the hit AMC TV series Mad Men, is gorgeous, on and off the set. With her role as Megan Draper, Paré works hard to look and feel her best. This brunette bombshell shares a few of her fitness secrets that keep her motivated and wanting more.

1. Barre Method: There’s a particular class that makes Jessica feel healthy. “I would take this class that I really like,” she shared in one of her interviews. “It’s an exercise and dance class called Barre method. It’s like a combination of ballet and Pilates and Yoga. It’s a fun class, but totally hard.”

2. Maintaining a strict diet: This superstar has been a devout vegetarian for two and a half years now. “I eat as many raw foods as I can. I have fruit for breakfast and a salad for lunch,” she recently told People. Megan loves this lifestyle; although, it may be an inconvenience when dining with others. “I’m a vegetarian and I don’t eat wheat, so I’m the world’s most annoying dinner guest.”

3. A well-rounded plan: Paré’s workout plan is just like anybody else’s. She loves to workout her full body to make sure she hits every section. Her routine consists of biceps, abs, chest, lower back and deadlifts. She likes to workout at least four times a week to keep a healthy lifestyle.
