After packing on a reported 35 lbs during pregnancy, new Mom Jessica Alba has BIG plans for losing her baby weight. With two kids and a hectic lifestyle, she has to stay motivated and dedicated to her goals. Her plan to get back to her pre-baby lean body includes eating balanced portioned meals and sticking to a workout plan. Immediately after giving birth she followed the “321 Baby Rule Be Gone” program which was constructed by personal trainer Ramona Braganza. This plan had Alba shedding 25 lbs and she is still on her way.
She’s sticking to lean meats, oatmeal, egg whites, complex carbohydrates, and only the occasional dessert. While at the gym she really pushes herself (with the help of her trainer) by doing exercises that focus on her core, cardio and a little bit of strength training. Alba knows how to switch it up and keep workouts interesting by pushing herself with hikes and boxing!
