The 34-year-old star is a film actress, television actress, producer, author, singer-songwriter, TV director, and who knows, probably superwoman too. But trust me, there are no excuses when it comes to Jennifer Love Hewitt’s workouts. Even she can find the time to fit a solid workout into her most chaotic days.

So, now you’re probably thinking what I’m thinking… What the heck does she do to maintain those notorious curves? And where do I sign up?

Well, you’re in luck! Hewitt’s five-star fit body graces the cover of  Women’s Running Magazine’s June issue, where she spills her complex work out schedule and YES, how she keeps those famous curves. Here’s a sneak peek from the article.

Tunes that give her that pep in her step: Kelly Clarkson “Stronger”, B.O.B “Magic”, and anything Prince, Beyonce, Lil Wayne, James Brown, Kanye and Jay Z.

Look good, feel good: “I always pick a really soft t-shirt and Nike leggings and shoes. Nothing fancy. I’m not a big ‘let me put on my cutest running outfit’ kind of person.”

Her running buddy wish list: “Naomi Watts. She’s so fit and she just seems like a cool chick. She seems like she’s the kind of chick who’ be like, ‘Okay, we did really good on our run. Now let’s go somewhere and have an awesome snack and drink a mimosa’”

Did I hear badonk-a-donk?!: “I do find that as a curvy girl, as I guess I’ve sort of been deemed, I don’t think you want to run your curves off, because then you’re just not yourself. But it definitely helps your butt, that’s for sure. It helps with the badonk-a-donk!”

A reckless sweet tooth: “We had to drop it (cake) on the floor in a scene, so I ate cake off the floor! It was delicious, by the way, and I feel no regrets about it. I didn’t take the parts that were on the floor. It was this gigantic cake so I had a little on the top.”

Food for the soul: Half of a breakfast burrito, salad and then yellow chicken curry.

Biggest Running Accomplishment: Finishing the Rock ‘n’ Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon in 2010.
