Fitzness friend, Joanne, has a question for Fitz that could only be answered in person – on video. If you hate exercise but still want to lose weight, Fitz has the how-to for you. She shares the exact formula for figuring out how many calories you should consume to achieve your goal weight. She also spends a little time on finding an exercise you’ll enjoy and benefit from.

Q. OK, Ms. Fitzness, riddle me this…. What does one do when one does not LIKE to exercise and make efforts? I would ALWAYS rather curl up with a book, cross stitch or my pysanky. How can I be healthy if I can’t win the fight against exercise when I don’t like to do it? The sound of frustration in this question is aimed not towards you, but towards myself. I *want* to be thin and attractive again, but I don’t want to put in the effort needed.

Thanks,

Jo

When I first took the time to look up the fact that a chicken wing has
150 calories in it (yes, one wing), I was astounded.
Remember that healthy diets to lose weight fast will point
out to people to opt for a selection of foods.
By tiny I’m talking about one-half a prepared cup of rice or half a baked potato.
