I used to be a big girl, because I ate tons of meals consisting of burgers, fries and shakes. Now I’m a pretty darn trim girl who still eats burgers, fries and shakes – I just do so the smart way. Losing weight and staying lean doesn’t mean you have to give up all the tastes and textures you love completely. It usually just means you have to be a little creative.
