Jumping rope is one of the greatest calorie burners on the planet. The best news? It requires only a $5 rope which you can take every where and anywhere. Stash it in your glove box or purse so you always have the option. It’s also perfect for uncoordinated folks who don’t like to dance. In this video, Fitz shows how to choose a rope with a length appropriate for your height and skill level and then get started. Keep in mind, jump ropes are barely half an inch thick. You don’t need to jump super high to get over yours. Stay low and move your wrists quickly.
