Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 15 oz can chickpeas
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- 5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Rinse and drain chickpeas and place in food processor. Add in all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Spoon batter into medium pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before eating.
