Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 15 oz can chickpeas
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Rinse and drain chickpeas and place in food processor. Add in all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon batter into medium pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before eating.
