Who says that maintaining a healthy, nutritious lifestyle has to be boring? Oftentimes, people stray away from healthy lifestyles due to food restraints, but eating well should never mean compromising on flavor, and these tacos can prove it!

Ingredients:
Marketside Mango Salsa
1 lb Salmon fillet
Taco seasoning
Canned black Beans (low sodium)
Corn Tortillas
Instructions:
  1. Prep oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Toss the salmon with the taco seasoning until well-coated – you can do this in a bowl.
  3. Bake the salmon for 8 minutes.
  4. Put the beans in a pot and cook on medium-high.
  5. Place beans onto the tortilla and mash up the salmon onto the tortilla. Mix in your mango salsa on top, and enjoy!
