Ingredients
- 6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Put the sweet and the Yukon Gold potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover them with water. Bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat to cook it uncovered for about 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain the water and return to the pan.
- Mash the potatoes and gradually add the milk. Stir in the cheese, paprika, salt and pepper.
