I love strength training and especially Flip Flop Abs!
My new favorite work-out is a cardio routine I found online. It combines high-intensity and low-intensity exercises and includes a lot of things in it, from squats to jumping jacks to kickboxing and boxing, so it’s not horrible boring either.
My favorite workout includes the local park! I love being outdoors and using the kids playground to get a good workout. You can do pretty much anything on the monkey bars!

I just tried a barre class and I’m totally in love. It’s the best excuse to sport the Nike studiowrap (I mean, seriously, this thing is SO pretty!!) and it gives me childhood flashbacks of ballet class. Love it!
I work out 5 times a week. 3 days cardio then 2 days upper, 2 days lower. When your workout is organized … So are u! I lost 15 PDs in 4 months with this routine. I want to maintain and change it up so I am going to do Flip Flop and and t25 workout! I can only get stronger from here.
I love basic jogging outside around my neighborhood. It never gets old and I try different routes each week.

I’m in love with my Bootcamp. Specifically, I love doing the hanging abs, sandbag runs, sled pushes, and single leg dead lifts.

While I don’t go to a gym, I do workout. Right now, since we are still having winter (blizzard and LOTS of snow), I do like to go out snowshoeing. It gets your heart rate up and you are warm in no time. I don’t like to run but during warmer days, I love taking hikes at the many parks we have. I am also loving Zumba.
