i am always looking for new workout routines. This set looks very interesting. I currently am doing cardio and weights.
I like to do HIIT; it fits in my busy mommy schedule really well
I like to do 90 minute workouts; arms, legs, chest, shoulders, back etc one a day

I would love to try different workouts to shake up my routine. I currently do the treadmill, a little bit of weights and some Wii fit plus. Getting a little bored but I keep doing them. This would be a great thing to get to add some variety:)
