October’s coming up and along with it comes a push to sign up for your favorite event supporting breast cancer awareness. Katydid is now offering its Pink Ribbon design on burnout style t-shirts and one of you will win one in your size right here on Fitzness.com! The Komen inspired design features the iconic pink ribbon on the front and back overlaid with the messages of faith, hope and love, and coupled with the distinctive Katydid Collection motifs of angel wings, rhinestone accents and feminine details in bright pink. Entering is easy; just write about the woman or women you know and love who have fought breast cancer in the comment section below (and do it by 9/7/11 at 8:00PM EST). Buying one or two is a great idea as well, because with each Pink Ribbon tee sold in the month of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, $10 will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation. The newest addition to the line, the Pink Ribbon Burnout t-shirt (in white) has an MSRP of $33. would love to wear it to honor my Mom who passed away from Breast Cancer.

  • Jacki says:

I am surviving breast cancer — almost 7 years now — and this shirt would be a great addition to all the pink ribbon stuff I’ve collected over the years!

  • Praise God for Doctors who recommend mammograms, before age 40! My sister-in-law would not be here today if she had waited until 40. She had an aggressive type of breast cancer, but it was caught just in time. She is doing well, after bilateral mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. I would love to give this t-shirt to her as a gift this Christmas!

  • Blakely Porter says:

My mother-in-law has been a breast cancer survivor for 8 years. And she is awesome!

  • Maryanne McGettigan says:

I have a cousin who is a breast cancer survivor (walked in her honor), She had alot of support from family members and friends. And a dear friend (walked in her honor also) who survived breast cancer then had a relaps. She since had a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery and I am happy to say she feels great! She remained strong through her ordeal with the support of her husband and 2 young boys.

  • Michelle Bradford says:

I would love to wear this to support my mom who just found out she has breast cancer that has spread to her bones and lungs. It is going to be a long and hard journey for her and I am going to be there to support her every step of the way. I would love to wear this top to spread the word about breast cancer awareness!!

  • Kelly Melusen says:

My mother has been breast cancer free for 4 years now. She is the reason I moved to NC, after having lost my father to breast cancer 14 years ago. Even though not as common, please don’t forget that men get breast cancer as well!!
