Who doesn’t want Michelle Obama’s arms? That is the question. Every woman dreams of having those stunning and perfectly sculpted arms that the first lady proudly shows off. According to fitness trainer David Barton, getting arms like Michelle Obama isn’t really that hard and by following arm workouts that focus on your shoulders, biceps, and triceps you’ll be on your way to having sculpted arms in no time!
The following are Barton’s suggestions on sculpting your arms:
1. Shoulders use an exercise band in your left hand with your first facing down and step on your opposite hand. Then, raise your arm to the left side of your body making it perpendicular to your torso. Repeat this 12 times and then switch to your right arm following the same sequence.
2. Biceps Michelle Obama does a lot of bicep curls (which means now you will be too!) Sit or stand with your arms at your sides and your palms facing out. Pick the lightest dumbells and curl your arms to your chest while flexing at the elbows
3. Triceps this means its time for some bench dips! The best part about these is that they really can be done anywhere at anytime. All you need is a stationary object that is about 1 to 2 feet off the ground
Start slowly and increase the amount of reps that you do. You will see your arms transform and begin to love the results!
