If you’re dying to make cookies that taste like REAL cookies, but without all the fat and calories … this recipe will knock your socks off!  These cookies are completely deceptive and no one in the world would ever believe they are low in fat. In fact, it might be fun for you to serve them to your friends and family and wait until the raves come in to reveal that they’re secretly a healthier version of original chocolate chip cookies. They’re my go-to dish for pot luck parties. And since my family cares about Santa’s health, we’re going to make him some of these too!

Ingredients

Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

¼ cup Egg Beaters

1/3 cup sugar-free vanilla flavored syrup*

* This is the same type of suger-free syrup used to flavor fancy coffees. I buy mine at Sam’s Club for less than $5.00 a bottle. The brand I use is Davinci Gourmet, but you can use any brand at all!

**Do not use the ingredients suggested on the cookie mix packaging! The ingredients in this recipe are designed to replace the ones used in the original recipe.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat two large cookie sheets with nonstick spray and set aside.

2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a fork until moist and smooth.

3. Using a teaspoon, drop cookie dough onto sheets without crowding.

4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
