What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?
Because I want to make a difference in someone’s life. I also want to spread Fitz’s word. She gives some great advice to help people with their fitness journey.

I learned about Fitzness when I started following Fitz after meeting her at the Buffalo Marathon.

Running and working out.

Motivational videos/podcasts, music, talking to some friends, and looking at other people’s progress and stories.
Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss?
Not yet. I’m at my ideal weight.
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey?
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey?
They should have a great support system. It will get tough, but giving up isn’t an option if you want to achieve your goals.
What are your personal fitness goals for the next year?
What are your personal fitness goals for the next year?
I want to run a marathon under 4:20. I would also like to eat much healthier than I do now and achieve some personal bests in the gym.

How do you plan to inspire others in the Fitzness community?
By sharing my progress throughout my journey, including the tough times when I feel like giving up. I want to show everyone that I’m motivated to work my butt off to achieve my goals. There have been times when I’ve lacked the motivation, and knowing that others are watching will motivate me to be the best I can be.

Depends on the workout. For a challenging workout/long run, it would be “Enter Sandman” by Metallica. For a low-key workout/ easy run, it would be “My Life” by Billy Joel
What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
Finishing a marathon.
Finishing the Dopey Challenge.
Hopefully, I will be a major marathon finisher in Chicago in a few weeks.
