What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?
When it comes to fitness I feel like everyone has a story of what started their journey. Mine started when I was young and felt very discouraged to be healthy and exercise because I got back surgery from scoliosis so felt like I couldn’t do anything since my surgery hindered me from doing the normal things I used to do. I then got introduced to running, and the running community and then my gym where I met so many amazing and inspiring people and want to continue to be a part of that community. 
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?
Heard about it through the running community. I’m still a work in progress, but definitely have improved.
What are your favorite forms of exercise?
Running (Well… walk/jog), hiking by the beach, walking on the beach, workouts at Orange Theory Fitness (HIIT).
How do you stay motivated in your fitness journey?
Make time for me which is usually in the early mornings ( 5 AM) and keep track of my progress, stay in touch with those that have similar fitness goals or goals I inspire to have, and have fun with it like sign up for fun races, buy cute workout clothes. 

Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss? 

Not yet but will definitely start. 
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey?
Have patience and enjoy the journey. It’s good to keep your eye on the finish line, but enjoy the milestones along the way. 
What are your personal fitness goals for the next year?
Become more lean and stronger and lose at least 15 pounds. 
How do you plan to inspire others in the Fitzness community?
Continue to share my own personal journey which includes my struggles, my goals met and be a part of a motivating team of people who enjoy to promote health and fitness together. 
Favorite healthy food:
Sushi, any tropical fruit , cucumbers. 
Favorite unhealthy food: 
Haribo gummy bears and chips. 
Favorite song to workout to:
Anything Britney Spears, specifically Toxic. 
What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
Completed over 50 half marathons and 2 full marathons.
