What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?
To help inspire others to become fit and active 
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?
I first discovered Fitzness in 2015 at the Disney World Marathon. Since then, I have accomplished so many things I never dreamed I could do, from marathons, half marathons, and triathlons 
What are your favorite forms of exercise?
Running and swimming. 
How do you stay motivated in your fitness journey?
I stay motivated by giving myself goals to work towards. 
Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss? 
Yes, I lost 25lbs using the Formula. 
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey?
Don’t give up when things do not go according to plan. It will take time, but if you are consistent, you will see results. 
What are your personal fitness goals for the next year?
To complete the Disney World Marathon in January and to lose 50lbs
How do you plan to inspire others in the Fitzness community?
By posting my workouts continuously and posting my progress.

What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
Completing my first triathlon.

The thing I love most about Katie is that she keeps going. No matter what setbacks she faces, she goes back to the drawing board and gets back to work. I also love that she's mama to a bunch of cute animals. ❤️🎤 Fitz
