What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?  
Fitz is fabulous.  I’d like to learn more about her secrets to success and happiness.  Hard work is part of the answer, but I’m sure I need to know more.
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?
I met Fitz at a runner’s expo a few years ago.  Before getting to the expo, I received a communication from her team. 
What are your favorite forms of exercise? Running and Pilates
How do you stay motivated in your fitness journey? Beginning the day with a brisk walk or slow jog.  If I start the day on the right foot (pun intended), I continue to be mindful of hydration and the foods I consume. 
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey?
Begin with one small chunk of time each day.  Do not attempt too much too soon.  
What are your personal fitness goals for the next year?
To maintain a reasonable level of fitness. 
How do you plan to inspire others in the Fitzness community? By posting on social media and asking Fitz for fashion advice. She is always
 prepared with the most sensational outfits.

What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
I was the first female in the Sri Chimnoy Marathon in January 1990, or it could have been when I reached a PR in the Paris Marathon.
