- Chris Hemsworth – Getting ready to film Thor and Snow White and the Huntsman, required Hemsworth to pack on a lot of muscle for a Godly superhero body. Before the movies, he rarely ever lifted weights, so his on-set trainers gave him different exercises daily. This variety ensured his muscles never got used to any one motion. Eating lots of clean foods to build muscle, allowed Hemsworth to grow big while remaining lean.
- Kellan Lutz – Vampire or not, Kellan Lutz, is fierce. He has always been in tip-top shape, but training for Breaking Dawn 1 and 2 took him up to the next level. - Channing Tatum – The man just dubbed “Sexiest Man Alive” by People magazine, was done so for a reason. Tatum looked incredible for his role in Magic Mike, letting it all hang out in not much more than skimpy stripper attire for much of the film. His strict diet, free of dairy and gluten paired well with his long, intense training sessions each day. No stranger to dance choreography, Channing’s dance training added the final touches to his ultimate sexiness.
- Jesse Williams – If you’re not watching Grey’s Anatomy this season so far, you’ll need to start. Jessie Williams who plays Dr. Jackson Avery is shirtless all the time. He’s getting it on with the show’s “formerly prude doctor” and that’s good news for us. Williams is 6’1, half Swedish and half African-American, and a runner who loves football, basketball and soccer. Oh, and before he was an actor … Jesse was a model. We’re not shocked.
- Taylor Kitsch – X-Men Origins and Battleship star, Taylor Kitsch, has come along way, physically. Kitsch mixes up his workouts with heavy lifting, intense boxing sessions, high intensity interval training, and all-over conditioning to stay in shape.
- Ryan Kwanten – This Australian hottie keeps his fans lusting for more of him as Jason Stackhouse on HBO’s popular TV series True Blood, Ryan is a sports freak who likes to do triathlons, swim, tennis, golf, surf and snow ski. Oh yeah, he was also the state welterweight boxing champ as a teenager. Ryan likes to focus on “muscle confusion”, so that his muscles are constantly surprised. As well as training, he follows the Paleo Diet.
- Mario Lopez – TV host and actor, Mario Lopez, is more than just a pretty face – he also has a banging body! He works hard on his physique, and makes sure to put time into preparing healthy meals and training. Lopez trains six days a week, doing body splits. He preps his meals ahead of time, which allows him to ensure an ideal balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats.
- Ryan Lochte – Olympic gold medalist and fellow Gator, Ryan Lochte, earned his spot on our list the hard way. Swimming is obviously his main form of exercise and Ryan is proof that it’s a tremendous total-body workout. Burning tons of calories while creating lean hard muscles – Ryan swims for hours each day.
