Six weeks after a crystal clear mammogram, Fitz found a cancerous lump in her breast, which had already spread to her lymph nodes. Facing 15 months of chemotherapy, 33 rounds of radiation, and several surgeries … she committed to fitness, quality time with her kids, and maintaining her career at full force. The path from there was … extraordinary. Since then, Fitz has poured herself into helping other cancer patients and survivors weaponize exercise and nutrition, helping them increase their odds of remission and decrease their chances of recurrence. She’s also guiding the way for mental fortitude, guiding people to control what they can and pursue joy relentlessly, along with productive avenues for stress relief.
