Ingredients:

1 Can Pumpkin (15 oz)

1 cup applesauce

2/3 cup water

4 eggs

3-1/3 cups flour

3 cups sugar (or sugar alternate)

2 teaspoons baking soda

1-teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup dried cranberries

 

Directions:

  1. Mix together pumpkin, applesauce, water and eggs
  2. In a separate bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Add the contents of the pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients and mix together until it is one smooth texture.
  4. Stir in the dried cranberries.
  5. Place the batter into two loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. The bread is complete when you can insert a toothpick and remove it with no residue.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pans for 10 minutes and then move them to a wire rack.
  8. Enjoy!
