If you’ve ever been injured, but still wanted to exercise, this video is for you. Of course you should ALWAYS check with your doctor first, but you might be surprised by how many exercises area available to folks with various levels of injuries. I’m hurt right now. I’ve altered my fitness training, but I haven’t missed a day of training in several weeks. Again – NEVER be foolish and do something that will make your injury worse, but DO be thoughtful and find exercises you can safely do.
