For years I’ve been preaching this while lecturing, writing, etc, most folks lead mostly sedentary lives. Think about how much time each day you spend: sleeping sitting at work, sitting for meals, watching TV, computer time, sitting in your car, and sitting for sports, movies, etc… In order for our bodies to actually FUNCTION and move the way they’re supposed to, we must choose to DELIBERATELY exercise. How much? How hard? How often? I have my opinions, but Dr. Mike Evans says it brilliantly too. And he does it on video … with cool art work. Spend a few minutes watching this and you too, may be convinced that exercise is the Magic Pill!
