Tips:
Buy a bottle of water and bring your own flavoring. There are plenty of options for little or no calorie flavor packets.
If you were to “forget” you had a 100-calorie snack, like ones offered by Nabisco or Kellogg, in your purse/pocket, it’d make a great snack to munch on … if you catch our drift.
It’s hard to burn the 500 calories or more you may eat at the movie theater. You may have to spend the same amount of time at the gym or try these ideas. Think before you splurge!
Don’t fall for the “free refills.” Anything you can get free refills on packs on the calories and isn’t worth ruining your diet over, even if you are with a large party. A fresh Coke or batch of popcorn will only tempt you more!
Small sizes will lessen the blow, but still pack a punch. Splitting small sized snacks with a couple people is your best bet if you choose to partake in theater food. Saying “No Thank You” is our best advice though.
