Once again, the combination of being physically active and wise about food pays off with “magical” results, as Derrik Deaton becomes an incredible weight loss success story crossing the Disneyland Half Marathon finish line 346 pounds lighter. Just another tremendous example of how truly attainable any weight loss goal is. Derrik changed his entire lifestyle and set realistic “fun time” goals of completely runDisney 5ks and then eventually, a half marathon. I, personally, ran the Disneyland Half Marathon along with Derek and 15,000+ other runners. It was an absolute blast and worthy of every ounce of our efforts.
