If you’re sick of soft-spoken, whisper, whisper, snoozy woozy yoga instructors, then DDP Yoga may be just what you’re looking for. DDP is a big dude with a nice deep voice who’s a 3-time WCW World Champion Professional Wrestler. He delivers several yoga workouts on this DVD with a little twist and a fun smile. It’s STILL yoga! So if you’re not in to this slow moving activity – look elsewhere. But if you ARE in to the slow stretch and strengthen thing, DPP puts a personable twist on things that’ll keep you far more interested than most. His cast of students ais pleasant and relatable and seem to really love their instructor all the way.
You can order a variety of DVD workouts which come with a program guide, posters, and mp3 recordings of each workout. I personally, am not a yoga-lover, but I can honestly say that if I were to take a class, I’d prefer this guy teach it over anyone else. Give it a go! Prices range from $69.95 – $119.00.
