I’ve recently been thinking about the things I’d like to accomplish in this lifetime and noticed that almost everything on my Bucket List was sports and fitness related. This, I’m really happy about. Why? It’s motivation to plan the majority of my vacations and professional endeavours around the fun physical things I’ve been dreaming of doing! Of course, there are a few classic books I’d like to read as well, but my Bucket List is bound to bring me adventure, laughs, exhilaration and an even healthier body.

I’m going to share ten of the items on my ambitious list and I encourage you to make one too. In fact, use the comment section here to share your plans with all of us. We can all use some adrenaline filled ideas!

  1. Run with, while interviewing President George W. Bush.
  2. Surf in Hawaii.
  3. Compete in another full-contact kickboxing match.
  4. Climb a big mountain (not Everest-big, but big).
  5. Bike through Ireland.
  6. Water-ski 200 more times. (I really love water-skiing.)
  7. Have a push-up contest with President Obama.
  8. Parasail.
  9. Camp in the Grand Canyon.
  10. Snowboard.

Don’t forget to write your list down in a place you will see it on a regular basis.  The dry-erase board in my office has  sort of served as a source of magical motivation for me and you’d be surprised by the things I’ve crossed off it!
