INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon + ½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cups oats
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix oats, almond butter, chia seeds, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, pistachios, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- Roll into balls with hands, then place on parchment paper.
- Dust with a little bit of cocoa powder. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
