Broomstick Stretches for Your Back and Neck

If poor posture or stress is bugging your back and neck, give these easy but effective stretches a go. Fitz uses this Fitzness Minute to show a variety of ways to use a broom or exercise tube to relieve your tight, sore upper body. Remember! Many issues with back and neck pain can be relieved with a simple and regular routine of stretching and strength training.

Common causes for back and neck pain:

  • Stress
  • Poor Posture
  • Hunching over a computer
  • Sitting on the ground
  • Carrying babies or children
  • Awkward sleep position
  • Overweight
  • Inflexibility
  • Weakness
